Margaret Sheehan is a trained and licensed real estate agent with Parkside Realty Group in Flagler Beach, Florida. She began her career as a certified public accountant with a major international accounting firm. After developing expertise in real estate accounting, she became operations manager for a major regional real estate investment firm in the northeast, managing over $1 billion of commercial and multi-family residential properties.
Ms. Sheehan has also developed, renovated, and operated a number of hotels, including one in Pittsburgh, and also a small "boutique" hotel and gourmet food shop right here in Flagler Beach, Florida.
